Bookings and reservations made through our website are requests and not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from our team.
We understand that sometimes plans change! If you need to cancel or reschedule at least 14 days before your party, your $50 deposit can be transferred to a Zany Pottery and Glass studio credit for a future creative adventure.
Because your party time is reserved especially for you, we turn away other bookings for that date and time. For this reason, deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations or changes made less than 14 days before your party are not eligible for a studio credit.
